This position focuses on developing large-scale Digital Twin environments by bridging architecture, interactive game engines, and data engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM), extending their expertise to real-time rendering platforms and comprehensive data infrastructure. You will guide technical direction, enhance cross-team workflows, oversee extensive component datasets, and scale spatial applications for complex projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Spatial Strategy: Convert architectural models and intricate spatial data into real-time, interactive Digital Twin platforms.
  • Real-Time Visualization: Direct the technical implementation of interactive 3D environments using Unreal Engine or Unity.
  • Data Ingestion & Management: Supervise spatial data architecture and manage data ingestion pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of BIM metadata.
  • Large-Scale Data Optimization: Handle digital environments with complex datasets while optimizing memory management and rendering performance.
  • Stakeholder & Workflow Consulting: Serve as a technical advisor, enhancing workflows and imposing best practices on architectural and engineering teams.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement project-specific security protocols and data access controls across Digital Twin ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Architecture & BIM: In-depth understanding of BIM software and workflows (e.g., Revit, IFC, Navisworks).
  • Real-Time Engines: Extensive experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) or Unity in developing interactive applications.
  • Data Management & Architecture: Familiarity with Data Lake concepts and enterprise data pipelines.
  • Large-Scale Performance Management: Proven success in managing 3D scenes and optimizing performance.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for interfacing with architectural teams and guiding technical groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects under strict data security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Knowledge of C++, C#, or Python for scripting or automation tools.
  • Background in integrating IoT sensor feeds into 3D representations.

Language Requirements: Not explicitly mentioned, check with recruiter for details.
