Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Technical Director to join our team in Riyadh. In this leadership role, you will oversee the technical aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. Your responsibilities will ensure that designs are executed effectively, technical standards are maintained, and project specifications align with the highest quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in executing technical solutions for various initiatives and projects.
- Identify and resolve obstacles that could impede program delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partner organizations.
- Collaborate with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives.
- Create innovative solutions that support business growth strategies.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure understanding/applying of regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up to date with current trends and developments.
- Develop and nurture technical talent within the team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction, design management, or engineering, with at least 8 years in a technical leadership role.
- Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Experience with sustainability and green building certifications.
- Advanced skills in team/staff management.
- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and project plans.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the discipline.
