Technical Director

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Technical/Design Director to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will oversee all technical aspects of high-quality projects, ensuring engineering and technical disciplines are properly coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership and direction to the project team.
• Managing third-party design consultants and aligning technical aspects with project goals.
• Supervising complex planning activities and overseeing design processes across all disciplines.
• Facilitating communication between project teams and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions.
• Implementing quality control procedures to maintain standards of excellence.
• Conducting technical audits and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to meet their technical requirements and expectations.
• Assisting in budget and schedule management from a technical perspective.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in engineering and technical management, particularly in multi-disciplinary infrastructure and building projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and excellent communication abilities.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and conducting technical audits.

Desired Skills:

• Professional Engineer registration and active membership in a professional engineering society is preferred.
