Technical Documentation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Consolidate technical documentation to produce a format that satisfies the customer.
• Translate customer requirements into the documentation package received upon processing a work order.
• Audit a technical record pack for completeness, ensuring no missing documents or inputs.
• Organize and arrange for making the final data set available to the customer for review.
• Highlight any issues faced by the customer regarding technical documentation back to the site Quality team for review and amendment.
• Facilitate the archiving and record storage solution once a work pack is completed.
• Provide historical records when requested by customer teams for historical work orders.
• Help coordinate in-process shop reports as required by customers.
• Assist with data collection on common errors and work to improve documentation standards for customers in collaboration with production and quality departments.

Required Qualifications

• Completed high school or equivalent for the region.
• Administrative experience, including documentation review and processing.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
• Must be based in the UAE.

• Experience with SAP (OASIS) is preferable; however, experience with other large data systems (ERPs) may also be considered for this role.
