As a Technical Engineer, you will design, develop, implement, and support infrastructure solutions for the group in alignment with corporate business and IT strategies, ensuring an appropriate balance between functional service quality and system management requirements.

Work Conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment of solutions and ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical input to assist with Capacity Management, IT Service Continuity, and Availability.
- Identify areas of improvement within the relevant technology area and assist in the implementation of appropriate service improvement programmes.
- Ensure assigned incidents are resolved within agreed Service Levels and provide workarounds to minimize business impact.
- Provide technical and troubleshooting support within the assigned technology area.
- Ensure problems are defined and analysed in line with the Problem Management Process.
- Ensure solutions to problems meet architectural and security standards and minimize impact to the business.
- Provide technical consultancy and guidance to teams dealing within the technology area and act as a technical member in project teams.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years working in a related IT Engineering role.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable, resilient, and automated private cloud platforms ensuring high availability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to support repeatable, version-controlled, and auditable deployments.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and IT governance principles.
- Experience in automating backup, disaster recovery, and failover processes using enterprise-grade tools.
