Technical Engineer Piping (KSA)

In this position, you will provide technical support to local offices, sales technicians, and sales partners in various countries. Responsibilities include promoting the sale of the company product range alongside the Regional Sales team, conducting international market research, and offering recommendations based on country-specific installation regulations. You will assist the Regional Sales Manager with the introduction of tailored product ranges for each country.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting piping solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities (BOQs) to ensure proper product alignment.
• Providing technical support and proposing value-engineered solutions to customers.
• Handling calculation, design, and project management for large-scale projects.
• Conducting sales-oriented and technical training for project stakeholders, company representatives, and their customers.
• Carrying out international market research and developing strategies for approaching markets.
• Supporting the Head of Product Management in defining country-specific product ranges.
• Ensuring product approvals and specifications with consultants and authorities.
• Achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Organizing local workshops, site visits, and customer care in KSA.
• Coordinating visits and training sessions in Switzerland and arranging factory tours.
• Utilizing CRM for all sales-related activities (contact reports, projects, etc.).

Education and Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
