Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the execution and installation of decorative metal and related interior works on site.
- Coordinate daily activities between site teams, production, and other project stakeholders.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project requirements.
- Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to resolve technical and site-related matters.
- Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved requirements.
- Track project progress and take necessary action to keep works aligned with agreed schedules.
- Plan manpower, allocate responsibilities, and delegate tasks effectively to site and production teams.
- Support the planning and delivery of decorative metal projects from execution through completion.
- Prepare site documentation, access passes, progress reports, and other project-related records.
- Assist with project billing and resolve relevant commercial or accounting matters.
- Identify and address site issues independently, escalating only where senior intervention is required.
- Guide and train installation teams to maintain required standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Requirements
- 10+ years of UAE site experience is essential.
- Proven experience within the interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium sector is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant equivalent qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Strong technical understanding of site execution and installation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate across site and production teams.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
