Technical Engineer

As a Technical Engineer at the company, you will collaborate with sales and project teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with current product offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing input and reviewing technical drawing submissions from the mechanical engineering team before they are issued to the customer and released for production.
• Assisting in the development and release of standardized engineering documentation such as drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Coordinating cross-plant problem-solving teams to enhance project and engineering performance.
• Assisting the project team in preparing design drawings and documentation according to specification requirements for the Busbar package across various plants.
• Establishing procedures and providing direct support for product transfers between plants and new product development programs.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the company's Busbar product range.
• Proficient in PC applications (IFS, MS Office, CADD, PDM system).
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration at all organizational levels.
• Proactive and flexible approach to teamwork.
• Advantageous experience with BIM and 3D drawing packages (SolidWorks & Revit).
• Ability to self-manage, be self-motivated, and meet project milestones.
• Innovative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with performing engineering tasks, including analysis, design, and preparation of design models using various tools.

Experience:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a technical role.
