About the Job:
As a Technical Engineering Manager at SAB, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to safeguard systems, networks, and data. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the availability of Threat Intelligence Systems, SIEM, MFA, IAM, and other tools.
- Closing any vulnerability findings from vulnerability assessments and penetration testing tools.
- Managing the Threat Intelligence platform, endpoint security solutions, and identity & access management (IAM).
- Developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigating security incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including PCI-DSS and NCA regulations.
- Supporting audits and risk assessments related to system security.
- Providing technical guidance and training to IT Cyber Team members to ensure security awareness.
- Maintaining current knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Certifications such as Splunk SE, Security+, or equivalent.
- Over three years of experience in cybersecurity and systems security within banking or critical infrastructure environments.
- Prior experience with security controls for Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, including RSA, Threat Intelligence, SOAR, and SIEM.
