Technical Engineering Senior Manager

About the Job:
In the IT Infrastructure & Services Management department, the Technical Engineering Senior Manager will develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain P3MO standards that align with regulatory requirements, enhance departmental structure, improve reporting quality, and promote compliance in line with SAB’s governance standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage Demand Management through Workbook planning, establish Portfolio Reporting through Self-Service tools, and ensure QA of projects in line with expected standards.
• Direct AOP planning including projects, priorities, and budget.
• Plan IT project portfolios prioritization forum across SAB functions.
• Set standard templates and ensure their use to bring in a professional delivery approach.
• Establish QA processes and validate adherence across IT delivery.
• Direct project delivery responsibilities through proper planning, close coordination, and adequate resource allocation.
• Support the governance and monitoring processes of IT project delivery.
• Support IT project management processes and standards to ensure proper processes are in place.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in IT Oracle Database technologies.
• Prior experience in managing teams.
