Technical Engineering Senior Manager

About the Job: The Technical Engineering Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and maintain P3MO standards that align with regulatory requirements. This role involves enhancing departmental structure, improving reporting quality, and promoting compliance with SAB's governance standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Demand Management through Workbook planning and establishing Portfolio Reporting via a Self-Service tool.
• Ensuring quality assurance of projects in line with established standards.
• Directing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, including projects, priorities, and budget.
• Planning IT project portfolios prioritization forums across SAB functions.
• Setting standard templates and ensuring their use for professional delivery.
• Establishing QA processes and validating adherence across IT delivery.
• Directing project delivery responsibilities through proper planning, coordination, and resource allocation.
• Supporting governance and monitoring processes for IT project delivery.
• Ensuring that IT project management processes and standards are in place.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in IT Oracle Databases technologies.
• Prior experience in managing teams.
