Listing Operations System Development: Lead the end-to-end technical development of the cryptocurrency exchange listing lifecycle, which involves project onboarding, asset review, blockchain integration, and fund reconciliation.

High-Concurrency Architecture: Design and optimize large-scale event systems (e.g., IEO, airdrops, token sales, public offerings) that employ high-concurrency “flash sale” mechanisms. Responsibilities include solving critical issues such as overselling prevention, anti-bot protection, and distributed transaction consistency, as well as system capacity planning and stress testing to ensure stability under high traffic.

Team & Technical Management: Manage a 10–20 person engineering team by overseeing task breakdown, code review, technical roadmap planning, and talent development while establishing technical standards and quality assurance systems.
Required Technical Skills:

Tech Stack Expertise: Proficiency in Java 8+ / Spring Cloud / Alibaba ecosystem (Nacos, Sentinel, Seata); strong experience with high-concurrency architecture (Redis clusters, MQ like Kafka/RocketMQ); and expertise in distributed transaction management.

System Reliability & Stability: Expertise in full-link stress testing, rate limiting, and disaster recovery. Proven experience managing production incidents.

Blockchain Integration: Familiarity with mainstream blockchain node RPC interactions, on-chain event listening systems, and wallet architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with exchange listing processes and market maker API integration.
- Understanding of DeFi protocols and experience in large-scale marketing event system design.
- Knowledge of transaction pools and smart contract security.
- Strong English communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering systems supporting over 1 million DAU and leading high-concurrency systems from inception to launch.
This position is crucial for fostering collaboration across product, operations, and marketing teams while addressing technical challenges in the evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
