Technical Integration Engineer

Synechron is seeking a Technical Integration Engineer with 8 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are a global consulting firm committed to transforming businesses through innovative digital solutions. Our focus includes end-to-end Artificial Intelligence, Consulting, Digital, Cloud & DevOps, Data, and Software Engineering.

As a Technical Integration Engineer, you will be expected to apply your expertise in integration patterns, web services design (SOAP, REST, microservices), and have a deep understanding of microservices application technology foundations including Java Spring Boot, Spring, JVM-based languages, Docker, and API management. Additional responsibilities include working with Message Oriented Middleware, databases, CI/CD technologies, and monitoring technologies.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with integration patterns and web services design.
• Deep expertise in microservices architectures (Java Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
• Proficiency in Message Oriented Middleware (Kafka, MQ Series, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Background in financial services technologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in system analysis, design, construction, and testing.
• 4-7 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Strong communications skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
