As a Technical Lead at orbit, you will play a pivotal role in building the next-generation finance web application for a rapidly growing award-winning Fintech company based in the UAE. This position is primarily focused on overseeing, expanding, and managing all facets of the mobile platform. You will lead and build a world-class team of engineers, tackling high-priority tasks and addressing complex issues. Your projects will include launching new products from scratch and optimizing and maintaining core systems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance mobile and frontend solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver on business objectives.
- Ensure the highest standards of software quality, security, and performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the platform at the cutting edge.
- Drive agile practices and promote a collaborative, high-energy work environment.
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Flutter Engineer in the fintech or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of clean coding practices, including object-oriented and event-driven programming concepts.
- Proficiency in Flutter and Kotlin/Swift.
- Strong understanding of financial/banking products, trading systems, and financial markets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
