We are seeking a Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle technologies and a strong background in customer experience and food services domains. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Hybrid work model (no travel required), Day shifts
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust technology solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle Integration Cloud for seamless data management.
- Utilize Oracle Rapid Impl Spreadsheets to streamline deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain web services using SOAP and REST to ensure smooth communication between systems.
- Leverage Oracle ADF and Oracle File-Based Data Import to customize and import data effectively.
- Implement Oracle BI Publisher for advanced reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Apply Groovy scripting to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.
- Utilize PL/SQL for database management and optimization to ensure high performance.
- Provide expertise in customer experience and food services domains to tailor solutions to industry needs.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and contribute to the company's strategic goals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI to incorporate innovative technologies.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid work model ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies.
