Responsibilities
- Identifies and resolves technical challenges by applying architectural design principles, selecting appropriate technologies, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Partners with the Product Owner to align the squad’s roadmap with architectural strengths and future opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Collaborates closely with Product Owners and Designers to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and effectively communicate trade-offs and design decisions.
People Management Responsibilities
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the performance management process.
- Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Squads, in line with the business and operational plans.
- Ensures a high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing ongoing feedback and coaching team members within the Squads.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the Telecom industry, Agile, and Project delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Additional education certifications are a plus.
