Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for project success.
- Translate architectural blueprints into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and coding best practices.
- Oversee and enforce code reviews, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and Technical Analyses.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay team progress, decisions, and potential trade-offs.
- Identify and proactively address potential technical risks and project blockers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in application development with a strong command of:
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or other cloud services.
- Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and tools: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation practices.
- Proficient in integration techniques, database management, and software security best practices.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
- Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI concepts.
