We invite you to join our Smart Infrastructure Customer Services Team as a Technical Lead for SCMS and Cybersecurity Commissioning. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading configuration and commissioning engineers within projects that involve multiple stations, providing technical support and training to other engineers and clients, and developing new application solutions using various communication protocols relevant to energy automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and commissioning engineers across multiple projects.
- Provide technical support and training to other Commissioning and Configuration engineers.
- Interact with clients to provide technical support related to SCMS products and systems.
- Configure and test Bay Control Units (BCUs), RTUs/PLCs, and SCMS systems.
- Design and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning of Cybersecurity for Substation Automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and provide commissioning support as one of the primary customer interfaces.
- Assist in developing new order proposals, including clarifying technical comments.
- Prepare Site Acceptance Test procedures and perform commissioning for retrofit applications.
- Travel to job sites, customer offices, and vendor factories (approximately 75% of total time).
- Conduct training on the SCMS system for customers.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of substation network topology design and protocols (e.g., IEC61850, IEC 101, IEC 104).
- Hands-on experience in configuring and testing BCUs, HMIs, and integrating numerical devices to SCMS/RTU systems.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity in OT Systems and familiarity with IEC 62443 and IEC 62351 standards.
