The company is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer for SCMS and Cybersecurity Commissioning to join our Smart Infrastructure Customer Services Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading configurations and commissioning engineers across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and training to both clients and junior colleagues related to SCMS products and systems.

You will be expected to configure, test Bay Control Units (BCUs), RTUs/PLCs, and SCMS systems, while also developing new application solutions using communication protocols relevant to the energy automation field such as IEC61850, Modbus, and Profibus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and commissioning engineers within projects.
- Provide technical support to clients and training sessions.
- Design, configure, conduct FAT and commissioning of Cybersecurity for Substation Automation systems.
- Serve as a primary customer interface for troubleshooting and commissioning support.
- Travel to job sites, customer offices, and vendor factories, expected up to 75% of the total time.
- Prepare Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures and configure SCMS for retrofit applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of substation network topology design and implementation.
- Experience with communication protocols and cybersecurity standards, specifically IEC 62443 and IEC 62351.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and testing BCUs and HMIs, as well as integrating and troubleshooting numerical devices and meters.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English.
