Technical Lead – Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation

We are currently looking for a Technical Lead – Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation for our Qatar operations. The candidate should have relevant experience of 12+ years in the analysis, development, configuration, implementation, and support of payment-related business applications. This includes expertise in Java, Angular, J2EE, JSP, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, Microservices, Struts, Spring, SQL, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XHTML, XML, and Bootstrap technologies. The role requires effectively mapping business requirements to out-of-box product functionalities, as well as taking up supported customizations where applicable, testing, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Requirements

• Knowledge related to Fusion Trade innovation, Fusion payment manager, and Fusion fabric connect with integration modules TICC, TIEQ, EQMM & associated SDK customization capabilities is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies including Springs, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Hibernate, SQL, JDBC, JPA, EJB, and servers like IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, as well as database servers like Oracle, DB2, MySQL, and iReport is a must.
• Commendable verbal and written skills, especially around technical documentation like HLD, LLD, TSD Architectural, ERD/ORM, etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instructions.
• Adeptness to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Comprehensive knowledge in banking, especially corporate trade and associated products & services area, is an advantage.
• Effective collaboration and investigative skills with the ability to cross-reference information for accuracy.
• Exposure and experience in IBM MQ, Active MQ, JBOSS, and TOMCAT are required.
• Good knowledge of Crystal reports and other reporting tools.
