In this role, you will work across multiple multidisciplinary squads, contributing directly to companywide objectives through collaboration with product, data, and design counterparts, as well as other stakeholders. You will discover, ideate, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems at the squad level. At the chapter layer, you will play a vital role in shaping the vision and strategy of the frontend chapter, proactively driving key initiatives while coordinating mentorship efforts across the broader tech organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Drive best practices in software development and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Advocate for an experimental culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Technical Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from initial code inception to deployment in app stores.
- 5+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart, with a preference for fintech industry experience.
- Proficiency in migrating Xamarin applications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Cubit and Bloc.
- Experience in automated testing, especially TDD using platforms like Flutter test and Mockito.
- Solid understanding and application of app security practices, including code obfuscation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and its functionalities (repositories, pipelines, boards).
- Proficient use of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns and clean architecture.
- Knowledgeable in analytics frameworks, including Firebase and CleverTap.
