Equipment Operation: Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing audio-visual equipment prior to events. Ensure accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and adhere to all company security and safety measures, ensuring equipment security during use. Follow health and safety regulations and report any issues to the HSE Manager.

Customer Service: Provide world-class service while exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers. Be a mentor and coach to other technicians, maintaining positive relationships through effective communication. Engage with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met and monitor events throughout the day to foster client relationships.

Technical Ability: Demonstrate advanced operational ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment and software issues. Anticipate equipment challenges and respond professionally.

Systems Knowledge: Comprehend company processes and complete necessary paperwork accurately. Utilize equipment sheets for setup and strike, interacting with staff and vendors as necessary. Employ floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue and assist clients with finalizing invoices.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GCSE equivalent required.
- Encore Technical Level 3 Certification is required.
- 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
