We’re looking for a strategic and highly resourceful technical leader who can operate independently, leverage AI and modern tools effectively, and drive execution in fast-moving customer environments. Success in this role requires strong ownership, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, adaptability, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration across customers and internal teams.
You will regularly engage with customers across the EMEA/MENA region, building trusted relationships and accelerating the adoption of the company’s solutions while partnering closely with regional stakeholders and our UK-based EMEA team.
Work Conditions: Remote, Full-time
Salary Range: AED 440,000 to AED 550,000 annually
Language Requirements: Fluent in English (both written and verbal); fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical configuration, deployment, and validation of the company’s products for customers.
- Maintain regular on-site presence during implementation and project delivery.
- Write and debug performant JavaScript for tag management and server-side functions.
- Implement best-practice data strategies for event tracking and audience activation.
- Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into data strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within the company product suite.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience with the company’s full product suite or similar digital marketing technology.
- 5+ years in a client-facing, technical implementation, solutions engineering, or Martech consulting role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web debugging tools.
- Strong understanding of data layers, tag management systems, and event-based architecture.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
