Technical Lead - Mern Stack

The company is looking for a Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications. The role involves leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack.

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive delivery of features with a focus on quality, performance, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability.
