Position

The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing architecture, code quality, and mentoring development teams that include frontend, backend, and DevOps specialists. This role involves defining and validating system architecture, conducting technical reviews, ensuring code quality and security, guiding teams in best practices such as testing and deployment, and supporting DevOps and QA integration into CI/CD workflows. The Technical Lead will also serve as the technical reference point for the Project Manager and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and validate system architecture across all layers.
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure code quality & security.
  • Guide teams in best practices (testing, performance, deployment).
  • Support DevOps and QA integration into CI/CD workflows.
  • Act as the technical reference point for the Project Manager and client.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years in software engineering, including team leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with API-first architectures and ERP integrations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
