We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our advanced crypto wallets. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company operating in the highly dynamic Web3 space. This role requires hands-on leadership and coordination with product managers and project managers to achieve development targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of backend and wallet developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Work with project managers to define the technical roadmap and drive timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions for continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing peer-to-peer (P2P) applications.
- Perform regular code and architectural reviews, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends and integrate relevant innovations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience building and deploying crypto wallets and working with Web3 technology.
- Proficiency in Node.js and React Native mobile development.
- Good experience in C++ development, understanding OS, cryptography, and networking.
- Desirable experience in building P2P applications or distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills.
