As a Technical Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring that development aligns with architectural goals and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for project success.
- Translating architectural blueprints into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and coding best practices.
- Overseeing and enforcing code reviews, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and Technical Analyses.
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers and Architects, to relay team progress, decisions, and potential trade-offs.
- Identifying and proactively addressing potential technical risks and project blockers.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in application development with a strong command of Python, React, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or other cloud services.
- Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and tools: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation practices.
- Proficient in integration techniques, database management, and software security best practices.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
