As a Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in guiding the technical direction of projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending the best technologies, frameworks, and tools for project success.
- Translating architectural blueprints into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to align with architectural standards and best practices.
- Overseeing code reviews, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and Technical Analyses.
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, such as Project Managers and Architects, to relay progress, decisions, and potential trade-offs.
- Identifying and addressing potential technical risks and project blockers proactively.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven experience in application development with a strong command of Python, React, and Node.js, and a solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or other cloud services) and a strong grasp of DevOps methodologies is essential.
