As a Technical Leader, you will execute digital power automation projects within the heavy industries, infrastructure, and datacenter segments primarily in Qatar. Your role involves leading project delivery with the assistance of design and system engineers. You will be responsible for managing project execution from tender handover through the execution phase, which includes design, procurement, internal validation, factory and site acceptance tests, and technical project closure.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project execution and ensuring quality, scope, time, and cost constraints are met.
- Collaborating closely with Project Management and coordinating with Level 3 & 4 technical support teams.
- Developing and validating innovative technical applications and system architectures.
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in energy automation projects, with at least 3 years in Gulf projects and customers.
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proficient in electrical substation automation using various SCADA, PLC, and data concentrators in IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC communication protocols.
- Familiarity with network management switches (Hirschmann, CISCO) and protocols (PRP, RSTP, HSR, VLAN).
- Experience in designing and developing complex energy automation architectures, including servers, workstations, and gateways.
- Knowledge of the company's Ecostruxure architecture and edge control solutions is crucial.
- Familiarity with AI, data, digital transformation, and proficiency in Python scripting are beneficial.
- Understanding of protection IEDs, energy meters, power quality, and electrical asset management systems.
- Certification in OT cybersecurity based on IEC 62443 standards is an advantage.
- Experience in site-based testing, commissioning, and project closure.
