As the Technical Manager for Analytics Implementations, you will manage practices related to implementing analytics for our customers while mentoring staff in these practices. You will hold client-facing consulting responsibilities. The goal for this role is to ensure high-quality web analytics implementations and develop a mentoring program for junior team members. This position reports to the Associate Director of Analytics Implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to define and refine practices for analytics implementations and technical services to improve quality across projects.
- Develop and deliver a training program for technical staff on analytics implementations.
- Manage a group of technical consultants, mentoring junior team members in their consulting responsibilities.
- Evaluate business goals from various teams and develop tracking/tagging strategies to measure success.
- Consult with clients and their agencies on web analytics platform selection, implementation, remediation, and dashboard development.
- Work with client development teams to install and configure web analytics services such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations.
- Provide best practice consulting on web analytics platform strategy and technical needs.
- Conduct platform training and knowledge sharing for clients and project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Adobe Developer certification.
- Knowledge of Tag Management Solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium.
- 7+ years of experience implementing web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web development.
- Experience with HTML and web protocols.
- Advanced JavaScript skills.
- Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage.
