As a Technical Manager – Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform, you will lead the strategy, development, and management of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. This role involves overseeing platform roadmaps, technical implementations, and a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure business solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing the technical lifecycle of the relevant technologies and services, ensuring they meet business requirements and comply with corporate policy and standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
- Lead technical architecture, design, and implementation of platform solutions in line with business goals.
- Manage a team of developers, analysts, and administrators, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure all communications, reports, and updates are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Ensure technologies comply with corporate security policies and procedures.
- Provide 3rd level support for the relevant technology environment.
- Drive innovation by evaluating new features, technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology or other related fields.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based platforms.
