About the Job:
As a Technical Manager - Mobile Development, you will participate in demand review and analysis, providing feedback and suggestions. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing technical solutions for core functions while writing high-quality code. You will be expected to address, coordinate, and solve problems that arise during the project process, ensuring adherence to the project timeline. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of Flutter's basic library, engineering experience, and R&D tool chain.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Requirements:

More than 5 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong familiarity with the Flutter framework and Dart language.
At least 3 years of experience in Android or iOS development with a deep understanding of native development and complete commercial mobile application project development experience.
Solid programming skills with a good code style and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes, specifically Azure DevOps (build, release pipelines) and various tech stacks (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, .NET, or Go).
A strong learning ability and a passion for new technology, coupled with clarity of thought to grasp the essence of problems.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to lead an offshore development team.
