Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for ROV support, including troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
  • Develop and implement technical procedures and standards to ensure optimal performance and safety of ROV operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field operators to address technical issues and provide on-site support when required.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including manuals, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to ROV operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ROV operations or technical support roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
