Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for ROV support, including troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
- Develop and implement technical procedures and standards to ensure optimal performance and safety of ROV operations.
- Coordinate with project managers and field operators to address technical issues and provide on-site support when required.
- Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including manuals, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to ROV operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing ROV operations or technical support roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
