Job Description:

Technical Leadership
- Lead the development of traffic and mobility solutions for various networks.
- Oversee traffic studies, modeling, and analysis.
- Review traffic forecasts and multimodal transport plans.
- Ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
- Provide mentorship to engineers and planners.

Project Management
- Plan and manage multiple traffic and mobility projects concurrently.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.

Design & Analysis
- Supervise the design of intersection layouts, signalization plans, and traffic control strategies.
- Oversee traffic modeling using various tools and interpret results for actionable recommendations.

Mobility & Policy Planning
- Contribute to sustainable mobility strategies and support policy development.
- Integrate land-use planning with transport strategies.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients on traffic matters.
- Coordinate with governmental and private sector stakeholders to secure approvals.
- Prepare high-quality documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.

Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement quality assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and keep updated on emerging trends.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in Traffic/Mobility Engineering.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Professional registration or certification is an advantage.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles and modeling tools.
- Familiarity with CAD and design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
