Role Overview:
As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant at Uqudo, your main role and tasks will involve diving deep into understanding our customers’ ID verification (IDV), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Know you Business (KYB) needs, proposing innovative solutions to address their specific requirements. You will showcase the power of our technology through engaging demonstrations and oversee successful pilots and trials to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with our Sales Team, you will craft compelling proposals that align perfectly with customer requirements. Your ability to stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of Uqudo and competitor technologies will be crucial in delivering the best solutions to our customers. Additionally, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with technical stakeholders across various roles, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
