The position involves delivering innovative solutions related to Cards and Loans Products, Vision Plus processing platform, Credit Control services, and various banking capabilities. It requires engaging with IT and non-IT senior stakeholders, necessitating strong techno-functional skills and stakeholder management expertise. The role supports and leads product capabilities and technical interdependencies, focusing on understanding business needs and implications of lending products and systems.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing and delivering technology capabilities for Tech MENAT as a techno-functional SVS Delivery Manager, collaborating with business and technical architecture to identify product/customer requirements and recommend solutions, managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and metrics, and providing consultancy on long-term IT strategies related to Wealth & Premier Solutions Technology.
Requirements for this role include a graduation degree, strong knowledge of financial products, technology frameworks, and IT policies, and proven experience in technology roles, particularly in Wealth & Premier Solutions Technology, with 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is essential, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
