You will join our Technical Product Management team, which is dedicated to building effective technology products and services loved by our customers. This role focuses on our Check-in product, where you will leverage your experience in Check-in and Boarding capabilities to enhance user journeys and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of technology products and solutions aligned to the product vision and roadmap.
- Lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPO) to break down prioritised initiatives into Technical Features for engineering team backlogs.
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholders to manage ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Engage in collaboration, delegation, and empowerment of TPOs for effective technology solution delivery.
- Work with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to maintain a scalable, user-optimized technology product.
- Ensure Technical Debt, Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), and System enablers are accurately captured and addressed.
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist with preparation for various demo levels to improve stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain the quality of data in the Product Catalogue and analyze metrics to drive adoption and enhance product use.
- Develop and mentor TPOs for professional growth and community engagement.
- Drive partnerships with product vendors for timely upgrades and maximize product efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
You might be a fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a product management role.
- Proven track record as a Product Manager, including leading product owners with discernible changes in ideation and delivery.
- Proficiency in tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to lead by example using data and evidence.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise relevant to product management.
