Technical Product Managers (TPM) are experienced leaders who help lead the vision and execution of our Technology Products across the Emirates Group. In this role, you will be responsible for evangelising a domain of our Group Services roadmap across Group Finance, Group Procurement, and Group HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience in product in a team-facing capacity
• 8+ years practical experience as a Product Manager, including leading product owners
• Proven record of driving discernible ideation, change, and delivery
• Well versed in tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery
• Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
• Ability to lead by example using evidence, information, and data to empower people and lead changes
• Demonstrated technical or domain expertise within specific domains or technical areas
