Join our Technical Product Management team where we build effective technology products and services that our customers love. We offer a mix of B2B and B2C products and services in domains such as Digital Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. Our goal is to evolve our products continuously, enriching them with features that focus on delivering value to our customers and users.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will help shape the future of the customer landscape by driving the feature backlog, business analysis, and overseeing various initiatives. You will build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and align technical solutions with strategic objectives to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPOs (technical product owners), peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment to ensure effective delivery of our technology solutions.
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in the preparation of system demos across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the data held in the Product Catalogue for your specific products.
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development.
- Drive partnership with applicable product vendors to ensure timely feature/product upgrades.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3 - 5 years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
- Demonstrated technical expertise within specific domains or technical areas.
