As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of technology products within your domain, ensuring they remain relevant, scalable, and aligned to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPOs (technical product owners), peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment to ensure effective delivery of our technology solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance overall backlogs, ensuring a user experience-optimized, stable, and performant technology product.
- Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements), and System enablers are considered and captured for team backlogs.
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in the preparation of system demos across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes.
- Define a methodology for analyzing and responding to target metrics and value post PI delivery, aiming to drive increased use and adoption of our technology products.
- Develop and mentor team members, contributing to their professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3 - 5 years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
- Proven experience in developing and mentoring direct and indirect reports.
