As Technical Product Manager for dnata Travel, you will support the delivery of technology products and solutions, ensuring the effectiveness of technology features aligned with the product's vision and roadmap. You will lead a team of Technical Product Owners to decompose prioritised initiatives into technical features, focusing on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Lead a team of TPOs to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions.
- Work with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance overall backlogs for a scalable and performant product.
- Engage in the preparation and delivery of PI demos to stakeholders, aiming to drive increased product use and adoption.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of product data and contribute to the identification of risks and dependencies.
- Drive partnerships with vendors to ensure timely feature upgrades while minimising bespoke customizations.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Agile Product Management
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3 - 5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Proven experience in developing, coaching, and mentoring direct and indirect reports
