Technical Product Manager – Enterprise Data Management

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise data management products, data platforms, and data processing solutions. This includes defining desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products, launching them, and ensuring they continuously meet business, customer, and operational needs. The role owns the strategy, vision, and roadmap for products within the value stream and is fundamental in aligning the product vision with the enterprise data strategy, data governance priorities, platform scalability, and data processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise data management, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for products.
• Define and maintain Non-Functional Requirements with technical teams to ensure quality, scalability, security, governance, and performance standards.
• Support the product backlog and assist in reprioritizing it based on various needs.
• Present product vision and updates to stakeholders, facilitating regular system demos.
• Measure product success through various metrics and continuously identify features for enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience as a Technical Product Manager in enterprise data management or related software products, preferably within the airline or aviation industry.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, data architecture, and enterprise data platforms.
• Certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Portfolio Management.
