Technical Product Manager - Group Services

As a Technical Product Manager - Group Services, you will be responsible for managing the Group Services roadmap for our Finance and Group Procurement & Supply Chain products. This role is ideal for a Product Manager experienced with finance or procurement solutions, including core ERP systems, and familiar with business processes.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with technical product owners, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
• Lead a team of technical product owners, ensuring effective delivery of technology solutions through collaboration and delegation.
• Work with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance overall backlogs and provide an optimized technology product.
• Engage in the preparation and delivery of PI demos to stakeholders, aiming for increased adoption of our technology products.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of data in the Product Catalogue for your specific products.
• Develop and mentor technical product owners, supporting their professional growth.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field, with qualifications in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
• 8+ years of total experience, with 3-5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record in developing and mentoring direct and indirect reports.
• Demonstrated technical or domain expertise in relevant areas, with evidence of practical experience.
