In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with technical product owners, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Lead a team of technical product owners, ensuring effective delivery of technology solutions through collaboration and delegation.
- Work with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance overall backlogs and provide an optimized technology product.
- Engage in the preparation and delivery of PI demos to stakeholders, aiming for increased adoption of our technology products.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of data in the Product Catalogue for your specific products.
- Develop and mentor technical product owners, supporting their professional growth.

Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field, with qualifications in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3-5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record in developing and mentoring direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise in relevant areas, with evidence of practical experience.
