We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager – Information Security to define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our cybersecurity and identity platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security, cloud technologies, and product management, bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and market-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term product vision, strategy, and feature roadmap for cybersecurity and identity platforms.
  • Translate complex security threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, and customer risks into actionable technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and security architects to design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing engineering capacity, business requirements, customer requests, and critical security patches.
  • Ensure product features align with global compliance frameworks, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between security engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to measure feature adoption, security effectiveness, and system performance.
  • Support go-to-market teams by developing technical documentation, training materials, and product demonstrations for enterprise clients.
  • Lead agile product development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and post-launch retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical product management, preferably within cybersecurity, information security, or identity management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, IAM, and security architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, secure software development, and scalable system architectures.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product roadmaps, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and product strategies.
