In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with TPOs (technical product owners), peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessing available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs.
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment to ensure effective delivery of our technology solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, optimized, stable, and performant technology product that meets business needs.
- Participate in Sprint demos at the team level and assist in preparation of system demos and other varied levels of involvement across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes at the team level.
- Drive the partnership with applicable product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades, and maximizing the product's efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3 - 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilizing a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within the specific domains or technical areas.
