Technical Product Owners (TPO) are the “front door” to multiple product engineering teams, owning the backlogs of work spread across feature, function, non-functional (NFR), BAU, Technical Debt, spikes, and ceremonies. As a Technical Product Owner you will be responsible for products within Network & Airline Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for the story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story sign-off across team backlogs.
- Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are captured, refined, and prioritized across all sprints.
- Capture additional BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities and incorporate them into team backlogs.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of features within their technical and team boundaries.
- Define metrics to measure the success and performance of prioritized work.
- Participate in establishing and growing a community of Product Owners.
Requirements
This job might be for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree (12+ 3 years or equivalent) in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or a combination of industry certification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- CSPO/SAFe/PSPO trained and certified.
- 2+ years practical experience of working as a Product Owner/Manager, with a proven record of driving discernible change and delivery.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilizing depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience.
- Strong and concise communication skills.
