As a Technical Product Owner (TPO), you will be the primary liaison for multiple product engineering teams, managing backlogs across various categories including feature, function, and non-functional requirements. You will lead your teams as the "voice of the customer", collaborating with business partners to ensure the successful lifecycle of designated technology products. This role encompasses the full spectrum of product lifecycle management, from concept to operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story sign-off across team backlogs.
- Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are defined and prioritized across all sprints.
- Capture additional BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities within team backlogs.
- Prepare contributions to PI demo in collaboration with other Product Owners.
- Maintain quality and integrity of features and risks within technical boundaries.
- Define metrics for success and performance measurement of prioritized work.
- Participate in key Product Management meetings, especially PI Planning.
- Contribute to the Product Management Communities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (12+ 3 years or equivalent) in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or relevant industry certification with 5+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing capacity, with a proven track record of delivery and driving change.
- Experience within Scaled Agile Framework is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to identify and deliver value.
