This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, bridging communication between client business analysts and technical delivery teams to guarantee that product development meets both business and technical objectives. You will be based on-site at our customer’s premises in Riyadh, KSA, and the position requires fluency in both Arabic and English. Familiarity with the Golang framework is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owners to clarify and finalize all technical aspects of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs).
- Ensure that the technical direction aligns with the overall business goals and future scalability needs.
- Identify and manage technical risks and challenges that could impact delivery, performance, or long-term maintainability.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with the company development team and external technology partners to ensure understanding of technical requirements and constraints.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Ensure that all technical implementations meet defined acceptance criteria, security standards, and quality expectations.
- Allocate resources effectively and coordinate closely with HR and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, technical project management, or related roles within the software development or IT service industry.
- Proven ability to lead Agile software development teams and deliver complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile practices, with the ability to coach and guide teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
- Experience with API-based architectures, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, or similar programming frameworks is an advantage.
- Certification such as PMP, PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile credentials is an asset.
