In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story sign-off across team backlogs, ensuring they are prepared on time and prioritized accordingly.
- Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are captured, refined, and prioritized across all sprints.
- Capture additional BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities, incorporating them into team backlogs.
- Prepare contributions to PI demos in conjunction with other applicable Product Owners.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of features within technical and team boundaries while identifying risks and dependencies.
- Attend key Product Management meetings, particularly PI Planning.
- Define metrics to measure the success and performance of prioritized work.
- Participate in establishing and growing a community of Product Owners to foster collaboration and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the continual evolution of Product Management Communities for efficient practices.
- Work with your team to identify team-driven innovation ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (12+ 3 years or equivalent) in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or equivalent industry certification with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Product Owner/Manager with a proven record of delivering change rapidly.
- Experience within a Scaled Agile Framework is preferred.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise with up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
- Proficient with tools for the Product Management aspects of software delivery.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with peers and team members.
- Customer-centric mindset with an appetite for identifying and building value.
