As Technical Product Owners (TPO), you will be responsible for building effective technology products and services that our customers love across various domains such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. Your role will involve leading and empowering multiple product engineering teams, managing backlogs, and ensuring that business objectives and strategic outcomes are achieved from concept to operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story sign-off across team backlogs, ensuring timely preparation for future Program Increments (PIs).
- Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are captured and prioritized in all sprints.
- Prepare contributions to PI demos in conjunction with other applicable Product Owners.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of features within technical and team boundaries, identifying risks and dependencies.
- Define metrics to measure the success and performance of prioritized work, ensuring any further Business As Usual (BAU) iterations can be proposed.
- Participate in establishing a community of Product Owners, focusing on collaboration and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or equivalent industry certifications.
- Global Product (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO) trained and certified.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years as a Product Owner/Manager, demonstrating a proven record of driving change and delivery.
- Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework across multiple initiatives is preferable.
- Strong communicator capable of building relationships with peers and stakeholders.
